wellsFargo has the worst management this company is not ran by competency it is ran by affiliation. This company does not care about what you know but who you know. A lot of our management or those that are in lead positions have no clue on how to lead they do not know how to manage people nor the business so they tend to be extreme micro managers you’ll be lucky to find a flexible manager or much diversity in this company.

Their location strategy is trash. They lay off whole buildings but tell them a year in advance. While some notice is nice this leads to tanked morale, behavior issues, stressed employees and an opening for fraud and theft. Trying to keep up morale and hold up company standards makes your life stressful and HR was often a deer in headlights when I reported some of the concerns and abuses I was seeing. I spent almost 2 decades with company and the last year was completely an episode of the Twilight Zone.
