Pros

Benefits, pay is decent, relative security

Cons

ECMO frowns HEAVILY on any social conversation in office. If you like to talk and get to know your coworkers, this is NOT the job for you. Any conversation with coworkers is seen as a distraction and a major hindrance to case production. Escalated Complaints Management Office is an expense to the company with no revenue. One casualty of the asset cap consent order is Wells Fargo cannot grow its profits without cutting expenses. This is the result..the company can't grow its business, so it has to bow at the expense altar. Even the hybrid work schedule wasn't created for generosity to employees but rather to reduce company expense with its real estate footprint.

Pros

Some great benefits like 401(k) match, parental leave, adoption assistance.

Cons

Executive leadership only cares about cutting costs and no strategic vision. This results in constant trickle down strategic changes every couple months which is impossible to keep up with. Few senior leaders demonstrate solid strategic vision.

Pros

The pay was decent, the benefits were okay before they began making cuts

Cons

Was harassed for a year starting as soon as I asked people to respect my they them pronouns. I was told I was faking my disability several times, by managers AND supervisors despite yearly confirmations from my doctor. I was screamed at by my manager anytime I said anything during phone calls and when I filed HR reports for 2 Years I was blacklisted, moved to another manager who despite stating I could take my allotted time to mourn my sister who had just passed away fabricated a bad performance report so she could terminate me within the week.
