      The people. Awesome peers, Managers are top both. Interesting wok projects.

      No more remote work. Offshoring tons of work to India. Out of touch Operating Committee.

      Pros

      Nice facilities. Free parking. Friendly security staff.

      Cons

      Their "competitive" salary isn't worth the stress of calls in queue everyday. It could be less stressful if they truly value work-life balance, but they don't. Very selective inclusivity to the "balance" that they are talking about. Town halls are for frontline employees not for Supervisors and Managers. Apply somewhere else with way higher salary if you want to take in 80-100 calls for 7.5 hours!

      Some benefits have been good. Company tries to be inclusive, but is not consistent.

      Cons

      Company is pushing a "location strategy" that is a false narrative. The strategy is to only hire and retain employees in 8 hub cities as a way to force collaboration. At the same time, leadership has strategically expanded to India and Philippines and put aside severance funds for US-based layoffs. This strategy is not about collaboration.
