Pros

Great pay and benefits as well as the vacation time that is permitted. Part time employees get all benefits also.

Cons

As most corporations... employees and customers are last on the list. All they care about is making a profit and will mistreat both employees and customers in order to do so.

Pros

Great training. Good benefits. Lots of opportunities to advance if you are willing to relocate. Strong brand recognition that is an asset when selling

Cons

Managament has lost sight of some of the true metrics that drive financial results. Example: revenue generated by a banker is not used as a performance measurement. For the past 2 years there have been arbitriary caps on pay raises.
