      It's all about sales!

      Pros

      You can really move up if you work hard. I went from Teller to Personal Banker 1 and now I getting my series 7 and 66 to sell investments. Not a bad job if you work with the right team and at the right location.

      Cons

      Loved the branch I started working at and after getting to know most of my customers I got transferred to a different location. Management doesn't care about anything but your numbers. Some days are just better than others.

      Pros

      Good advancement opportunities, good benefits, good pay, performance based promotions and pay. A lot of incentives, contests, etc., and management is pretty structured. They will do a great job of training you and give you the skills you need to do your job and do it well. They give you a lot of tools to make sales, such as a good prospecting system.

      Cons

      It is apparent that they care little about you as an employee. Supervisors and management tend to be very conniving, and they can see you as just a set of numbers.. your sales numbers. Sometimes sales expectations can be a bit unrealistic because so many people cheat the system. If you're honest, it is hard to exceed sales goals.

      Pros

      Wells Fargo is a very diverse company that offers endless opportunities to grow your career. They also provide great beneifits to all coworkers including part-time workers.

      Cons

      You need to be able to be very flexible with your work conditions and need to be a very competitive person to succeed within the company's lofty expectations of their workers.
