Pros

Recognition is okay but noithing else is really worth mentioning.

Cons

Wells Fargo does too much product-pushing. It no longers focuses on the need of the custoemrs. As a result, sales pressure gets out of hand sometimes. Also, compared to similar positions at other companies, pay from wells fargo is also subpar when it comes to salaried positions. With the amount of hours they expect you to work, the hourly pay turns out to be really low.

Pros

Every aspect of Wells Fargo makes it a great place to work. All of the team members from Senior Management down are talented and amazing to work with. WF is a company that is all about developing its team and helping them be successful; all while focusing on the financial needs of its customers. I am proud to work here. I have been here 13 years and have had unlimited opportunities to develop and grow!

Cons

None come to mind. It is an amazing company.

Pros

Great benefits at Wells Fargo! There is plenty of room for advancement. I have met some amazing people while working for Wells Fargo, and they have become like my family. I feel like the support I receive from my peers and some of my supervisors is great. I love that I have the opportunity to try my hand at management. I love the compliance aspect of the bank. Following rules and regulations is key to making sure the bank runs smoothy. Working at Wells Fargo is like working with friends and family. I love how we are recognized when we perform well for the company. Overall, I think Wells Fargo is a great company to work for.

Cons

The sales aspect of the job is difficult. Sometimes the pressure gets to be too much. It is especially frustrating when you have a manager who can not filter the information coming from upper management. Every day, we are pushed harder and harder. It is never good enough. I wish that would change. I understand that they want to make money, however, management teams need better training in how to coach. Sometimes, sales are the only thing upper management cares about. Customer service and compliance are also very important in the banking business. We shouldn't be here for sales alone. I think we need to have a better balance.
