Pros

Nothing good about the culture here which is a toxic environment, stressful, and leadership only cares about themselves. Leadership are running this place into the ground. You have been warned, stay clear from the cybersecurity team. Not worth the pay as mental health is more important, therefore losing employees by the numbers.

Cons

Leadership doesn’t care about relationship building, poor setup of systems, road blocks, all manual processes, and too many requests coming in with no support from leadership or understanding. The leadership in cybersecurity is a circus here and have no clue on how to deal with others or issues.

Pros

The hours are semi okay if you are a M-F branch. Set schedule. Your whole experience depends on your coworkers, management. and branch location. Benefits are great for the price. LOA options available to all employees. Maternity AND Paternity leave are 16 weeks.

Cons

Some branches are required to assist other branches one Saturday a month if they are M-F branch while other branches in that district are not. Pay isn’t fair. No room for growth unless you suck up to management. Some management are not as supportive of your career choices and development as they should be or claim to be. No incentives for tellers but incentives are given to the rest of the branch for Teller’s hard work and dedication. Annual raises are slim to none no matter how well you preform or how tenured you are. Certain management do not go with most qualified candidates like they are supposed to. Certain management pick and choose who they want to allow to post out within their year of employment and who they don’t. Rules constantly change to make your job harder.

Pros

You get to work with some pretty fun people sometimes. Generous absence program. Some really good people working there.

Cons

Some REALLY bad people working there. Unforgiving thresholds for stats. Not always understanding of employee's personal lives. A LOT of overtime during certain times of the year. My supervisor personally was overbearing and a micro manager. Upon request to switch teams, I was told I could not as too many people had requested to do that already.
