Pros

Great PTO, good health insurance, on-par pay for the industry, and decent accommodations (ADA specifically).

Cons

If you do get laid off, it will most likely be a teams meeting where you're unable to type in chat, or join voice. There wasn't much of any condolence from the higher-ups who hosted the call. I worked for Wells Fargo for five years, and this was the second time I was laid off by them. The first time, they hosted seminars for resume writing, on-site job fairs, and offered counseling for everyone effected. The second time, they didn't offer any of those things to team members, and deactivated all company accounts two hours after the announcement took place. Leaving team members unable to access contacts, resources that we previously utilized.

Pros

Very good company if you know the manager before you start your career. Cab facilities is best thing.

Cons

Very worst people handling the large team. You won't get work life balance if you are under wimt. They mostly don't consider employees current situation. Trust me guys, personally i felt very bad about our team. all the top level won't see your concerns if ther is any emergency. They would focus only on metrics. They make sure that there names should not come in any places.
