Pros

Decent culture,huge cubicle, good food

Cons

It's not the worse culture. Within your Team it's usually pretty chill. However, the higher ups are always changing things and pushing high expectations and demands on employees. They don't care if their weird new script is causing customers to get mad: just do it. They need sales. They don't care if you've worked everyday (but Sunday!) This week 12 hour shifts. Just do it. There were no bonuses and the calls were intense and high in volume. You can't stop. You can't go to the bathroom. You cant just walk away from your desk. Work work work that's all they care about. Unless you're a higher up. The pay was decent....or so I thought. They could pay more. They have no reason not to. There just trying to get you to do this tedious work that no one wants you and pretend you're making great money but for how CSRs are treated and how much OT they work they deserve to be paid more. Maybe they do now but they weren't when I was there!! I was so burnt out working as a temp. I don't even know why I accepted a full time position. I guess I thought it was worth it. It's not.

Pros

PTO (Glassdoor says I need 5 words, but I can’t think of anything else that’s positive to say.)

Cons

Working for incompetent middle managers who are only managers because they spent 20 years as individual contributors. They claim to be changing but, still, after 7 years, SALES PRACTICES ABUSE IS THEIR CULTURE. Reporting to their “ethics” line will only put a target on your back. They protect their managers while they conspire to make it impossible to succeed (dumping so much work on you that you have to work on your PTO, holidays you’re supposed to have off, put in 12-14 hour days, telling you simultaneously to “work faster” to meet deadlines and “slow down” to be more accurate. SELLING YOUR SOUL TO THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE GOLDEN HANDCUFFS OF THE PAID TIME OFF YOU WILL NEVER GET TO USE! If you choose to accept employment document everything.

Pros

They have a decent benefits package.

Cons

-Few "good" managers -They offer a few months of unpaid leave, but after 7 years with the company, they wouldn't let me use it. What's the point? -Their wave of internal "change" after the law suits started never really felt genuine to me. Generally speaking, a lot of bad actors were still around afterwards.
