Pros

Company takes information security very seriously. Immediate managers are fantastic as are the team members. Great opportunities to develop skills with online learning.

Cons

Pay raises are horrible and salary quickly becomes below market. Promotion raises are also abysmal. Practically impossible to explore a different career path. Executive management has been replaced with Wall Streeters so the west coast culture is gone, unfortunately. Exec mgt goal is to eliminate remote working which is causing a mass exodus of great talent.

Pros

I found some good colleagues. I am thankful for that.

Cons

People keep on saying that they worked last night and expect other to work or help them at the same time. No work life balance, I left the company in 9 months (I wanted to leave immediately but due to visa switching, I had to wait). Technical leads are not capable to fix any major bug and keep on saving themselves by fixing typos in code and doing fake works. Some good developers are there by nature and code wise but their effect is limited to management. As may be they understood Lead will fix meetings on odd time. Kind of bullies you if you technical suggestions. No body will take your improvements & suggestions. QA will message you on weekend to complete their story. People keep on discussing things as nothing is clear in between sprints. 3-4 hrs meeting and then they expect you to work for 8hrs. In 2 weeks sprints they want you to complete in 1 week and then keep on adding new work.

Pros

Benefits are great. Time off, maternity leave, etc.

Cons

They hardly ever give a good pay raise. They'll raise minimum wage and not change their other employees' pay. They don't compensate for cost of living or inflation and their annual raises provide usually under a 50 cent pay raise.
