Pros

The overall benefits package has kept pace and is commensurate with other players in the financial industry, but is not the best.

Cons

Over the past years, there seems to be a preference to hire foreign nationals versus pulling from the local areas in which Wells Fargo operates. This leads to teams that have to deal with communications, disparate work hours, and cultural issues which make the ability to provide a quality-tested software product extremely difficult and stressful.

Pros

Possibly the Health insurance benefits?

Cons

- Rushed and Inadequate training - Micromanagement - Incompetent supervisors - Verbally abusive customers - Terrible pay. $16.75/hr to support 50-60 customers a day using 4+ different systems. Take home is barely $2,000 a month in a city where rent for the average 1 bedroom apartment is $1,500. - No morale or strong company culture/values. The employees hate this place. - CEO doesn’t believe there is Black talent to promote.

Pros

Hard to give anything good currently.

Cons

Wells is pulling their employees back into the office and not letting more people work from home even though it would save them millions every year. Even after this pandemic and we've proved that most businesses can operate like normal in a more widely WFH model! It's ridiculous. Many jobs are being limited to high cost areas, and teams are still all over the country so you're still just video calling eachother even in the office. Their policies need to change to the current decade and ease up, allowing for more WFH.
