Sales pressure is just as bad as before, it’s all a scam. Extreme micromanagement. Promotions only exist if you suck up or know someone. Healthcare is terrible. No work life balance. Never treated equally. HR is fake and just supports the company not you. If you need a day off, make sure u plan it 3 months in advance. Sopposed to be about helping customers, still product pushing
