They did not deliver what they promised

There are lot let me list all 1. Nothing technical some useless work 2. Managers doesn't have capability how to handle a team, they ll not know what is going on within a team. 3. Lot of time u ll to have waste attending some useless calls giving same update advertisement 4. So many documents need to update if you miss single they make big escalation 5. You can't change project whatever you have allocated to you have to struggle with that only. 6. Ppl who are working for more than 3 years settle down nicely without doing anything sadly manager doesn't notice that. 7. If you join to team newly every hour will be monitored there are ppl sitting to do micro management 8. You will not get to learn any new technology instead you ll tend to forget what have learnt. 9. Forgot to mention though cab is free it is the worst thing for 10.30pm logout cabs will start at 11.10pm only even if start with 3 km and with less traffic you will reach home by 11.45 because they don't know how to do proper routing.
