Pros

Tuition reimbursement, matching 401k, good work-life balance. Also many online training classes available. Very good retail customer service standards. My manager was in MN and I was in PA. He was not a micro-manager, so it was a fairly autonomous role. As long as I did my job, and answered his questions, he was satisfied.

Cons

Wells won the merger with Wachovia and they seemed intent on dismantling all of Wachovia's systems, even though they were superior in many cases. Benefits were reduced including less holidays, smaller bonuses, higher medical costs. From a work perspective, I felt like my talents were underutilized.

one of the worst place for a QA Selenium Automation Engineer to work for as a contractor...!!!

Cons

contractors are taken for granted and high level of micro managing exists! no work life balance and can be hard for non-telugu speaking people to work in the automation team..!there are few telugu speaking full timers whose only aim is to make the life of contractors hell by squeezing out the best out of them ! Highly unprofessional Team Leads and Managers who are not at all technically qualified for their role!

6% off 401K is matched, and up to $5,000 a year is provided for in tuition reimbursement. A lot of Saturdays are required of you, but there is overtime pay provided for it.

Cons

If you take a job in the Dealer Services division, it is hard to leave for other divisions of the company. Also, expect to work nights and Saturdays, with little consistency in how far in advance you will know which Saturdays are required for you in a given month.
