Pros

I worked for WF for over 8 years as an auditor, and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. With hard work, I was coached and mentored where I listened, made adjustments and changes, and was promoted. WF really invested in me with training and direction, where I was able to make a significant contribution to the company. Throughout my years of auditing different areas of the bank, I never encountered anybody that was mean, prejudice, angry, or negative. Everybody was trying to make the bank better. I really wish that I could return and work there again.

Cons

There are lot of demands and life sacrifices that will need to be made if you want to be promoted. Only those that create Wow, eye-opening moments are really recognized by senior managers for promotions.

Pros

Easy interview & quick decision Good work-Life balance.

Cons

Worst culture. People are dominant & escalate quicky to destabilize you. Totally un-Agile, Project manager has no authority & used only to schedule meetings. Not all departments are the same but community banking is extremely backward in PMO & has hundreds of processes that only slow down the project. The Manager I was reporting to was too bossy & abusive. If you are from the Agile world, please do not join. Too much of heirarchy & bossing around by those who have been here for a long time.
