Pros

Salary is good but that is about it.

Cons

Super micro-managing of daily activities. No room for work flexibility, a hassle to take your vacation and or sick time. Encouragement of terrible managers who advise unethical behavior. Senior management does not seem to care about employee retention or about creating a supportive and encouraging culture for employees. I would not recommend friend unless you are in dire need of a job. It is honestly one of the worst places I have ever worked.

Pros

Easy sales goals if you actually do your job, easy to be promoted in most cases, great benefits, Team was great to work with for most part. Great and respected training programs. Tuition reimbursement. 401k and discounts on a lot of financial stuff.

Cons

VERY Corporate. HR doesn't give a rip about you. Lots of drama in the workplace. Sometimes people who don't deserve to be promoted because of their time at the bank. They push their own ways - and if you don't follow, you can guarantee they will find a reason to fire you somehow.
