Pros

The bank is trying to keep itself on track. Some improvements in the US 🇺🇸 in terms of diversity.

Cons

Subtle racism in Canada where you have no chance to grow due to your skin color. Some people at the Senior Management do not want to see diversity at the top, so they keep the small number of diverse talents down. It does not matter how hard you work, you skin color holds you back at Wells Fargo Canada. There is definitely deep rooted RACISM.

Pros

Wells really cares about its customers; Good pay if one can survive reorg, layoff ect.

Cons

New CEO doesn’t care Wells culture; only about his interest, including literally moved the headquarter to NYC; ignoring the uniqueness of SF bayarea’s innovative talents, culture and vast customer base
