      Pros

      great benefits, great focus on work life balance. if you are looking for a secure 9-5 job and get a 3% raise every year this is the place for you!!

      Cons

      you have to aggressively manage your own career. you won't get promoted unless you threaten to leave with another offer or if you transfer to another position. management is inconsistent in terms of their standards for performance. there is some favoritism, a "boys club" mentality exists among the top execs so getting to that level means joining the club...
