Pros

Great benefits, a lot of time away from work options, tremendous DE&I efforts, great investment in many major city communities (US and international).

Cons

Available US work locations, poor tone from the top, "do more with less" attitude from management, inability to move around in career due to new location strategy of only about 15 cities in US eligible to work in. Constant fear of being laid off due to not living in one of the location strategy cities or always worked from home (which this option will be going away for many folks). There is a reason our CEO has the nickname "Chainsaw Charlie". He is at least living up to that. Technology is seriously lagging even though there are "grand plans" for all sorts of enhancements. Focus is more on "centralizing" and "streamlining" versus what is best for an employee, a team, group or the firm.
