      Good company but leadership really needs a drastic change

      Pros

      - Fantastic setting to learn financial products and services - Most peers are very supportive and great to work with - Western Union Foundation does commendable charity work

      Cons

      - Have to deal with office politics between the Engineering leadership team - CTO lacks leadership skills to motivate and get the best out of his team - Health insurance options have become bad over the last 2 years

      Pros

      Up until when the current CEO came on board it was a terrific company to work for. Employees were as important as the customers.

      Cons

      Since the new CEO took over, there has been a constant round of layoffs off and all of the best Senior and Executive managers have left to go to other companies. Is that just a coincidence?

      Competitive salary.. Cab facility. Office infrastructure.

      Cons

      1) Layoffs in plan. Plan to reduce workforce by 40%. 2) No work Life. Weekend and Late night calls. Calls till 12 Night. 3) Worst Politics. 4) Constant delays and escalations due to Test Environment issues. Stay away as layoffs are planned. Toxic and political people. Due to US client, 5 days a week late calls till midnight. They will call you in the night to fix issue.
