Be ready for a LOT of change

Pros

Good benefits, decent compensation package, lots of opportunity to move around the company and learn a lot. Travel opportunities if you want to see the world. Strategy is right to help company grow, but they are still figuring out execution.

Cons

Lots of layoffs and re-orgs. The company is going through a lot of change. The entire leadership team has turned over and are looking for fresh new ideas and talent to help move the company forward. They have moved to a hybrid model, so mandatory 3 days a week minimum in the office, more if you are an exec. Get ready to work long hours, weekends. There are no boundaries.

Pros

Great people, some fun projects.

Cons

Layoffs. McKinsey playbook means it's all about cost cutting. Highly relationship-oriented culture -- if you're not at the right level, you're voice doesn't really matter.
