Pros

Nothing much. Maybe good health insurance

Cons

Lots!! Main thing that I would like to mention is CEO , COS and leadership doesn't care about employees and their wellbeing. They only worry about how to make profit. They don't understand that the company won't run without it's employees.

Pros

-customer centric positioning -time off

Cons

-in office everyday -ceo is micromanager at the lowest level, which seems counterproductive to having any sort of management between analysts and ceo -ruthless culture -layoffs at every turn -people losing their jobs are highly skilled and qualified, people being brought on are of significantly lower caliber

Bad political place to work

Pros

Nothing to share bad culture everywhere.

Cons

Western union is a company where you will see heavy politics everywhere, people here are not technical, everyone is only interested how to blame others rather then focusing on writing good code, all developers are non technical they don’t even know the basics of coding and crapping the production code on day to day basis, leaders are thinking here they are the boss of world where they won’t reply to anyone except there few favourites. Compare missing all concepts of ethics and that’s why few of the departments are in ignorance state, would not recommend to join here.
