APAC failed again in Q1. Number of hardworking and talented staff has left the organisation in the first quarter replaced by people who does not have any experience in the remittance industry. The senior management are all migrants from a specific country, always discussing and speaking in their native language in the office. Complaints have been made to HR and no action taken. Issue has been highlighted in WU listens survey but no action taken. Management has not taken any action against a leader whose leadership score is one of the lowest in the company for last 12 months. This is the key reason for the failure in APAC and contributes for the stock price to hit an all time low! Hope ethics will investigate this before more people leave the company.

Cons

Goals don't always align with current comp plan. Management seems confused when sales team focuses on comp plan where they can make some money rather than the current flavor(goal) of the week.
