Pros

Best technologies to work Good office space

Cons

Very unstable management and no clear view of leaderships. Firings of employees without knowing their contribution and importance just to adjust a place for someone of leaders to come in to that role. Top level management pulling their ex colleague to here even though it's not needed and without proper skills. Migrating product based to service based policies to achieve top leaders aim. Nano management and no trust on employees from leadership. Imposing ton of policies to achieve nano management and service based company.

Pros

Immediate manager and teammates are good.

Cons

Terrible upper management im in shock. also too many contractors out of usa, makes us have to have meetings at weird times and VERY VERY LONG communication caused project halts... i dont even think this company is gonna last much longer lol the base of the problem is the software team structures and the cto who im 90% sure is just here knowing he will get laid off after a year but not before he gets a lotta money.

Pros

"Unlimited PTO" which was nice if your manager did not make a fuss about it salary was competitive in the industry Benefits are better than competitors Hard to get fired even if you don't bring in more business/company is very laid back

Cons

Random layoffs especially in Q3 2022 despite the vice president doing a whole meeting to tell us that "there are no cost cutting procedures in place" Key account executives and multiple directors were laid off. Many ASE's as well due to "ethics" violations even though management pushed it. This company's sole focus is the exchange rate in the independent channel and that is all the good that is going for them so far. The agent support, customer service support and POS are very far behind compared to the competitors. This is why they lost 12% of their total Independent (small business) transactions in 2022. This is what caused major layoffs. Management is very old school and will not listen to suggestions to improve the agent experience. It is always because of cost despite the company giving massive bonuses to new VPs that don't know what they are doing. Every competitor is taking business away from this company. Also, due to the decline in business, no one made any decent commission. Please do your research and ask current WU agents about their experience before you join the company.
