Pros

Good benefits. Hybrid work model, fairly lenient

Cons

Leaders are pathetic in PUNE TEC and need to learn leadership skills . Leaders need to understand how to treat employees. The harsh reality is leaders here do not know how to even TALK properly with employees

Pros

Hybrid work opportunity is the greatest pro of this company at this point.

Cons

Employees are over worked and underpaid. There is little opportunity for growth, particularly now as the business is rapidly deteriorating and hemorrhaging customers. The company has not paid employees a full bonus payout in years and yet the executives continue to take millions in compensation, even new executives who have contributed less than nothing to the company. “Merit” increases are no where near current rates of inflation and executives don’t care to address any of these issues.

Pros

Always had a good experience working here, they pay well and have good benefits. As a massive company, they do a good job trying to please the general population

Cons

re-org and layoff heavy. Understand that risk if you accept a role.
