We’re disappointed to hear you had a negative experience at Western Union. We try to create a culture where employees have fulfilling, yet challenging roles during their time here. We’re always looking for specific feedback to share with our leadership team on how to improve, but we don’t see any mentioned. We do wish you the best in your career.

Pros

Good pay. Sufficient parking at office.

Cons

Clique-y senior management; many focused on self-promotion vs. building up others. Too focused on fostering “young” talent, less interested in helping “older” talent continue to grow professionally.

First, we want to say thank you for your eight years of hard work at WU! We're sorry to hear about your experience with management and are always looking for feedback on ways we can better provide employees the best WU experience. Leadership development is an ongoing priority at WU so they can lead, support, and coach our global teams. Equally important is ensuring our employees can share timely, actionable feedback through our WU Listens program.
