Regarding your comments about silo-focused department structure and how management does not favor new ideas, we are always looking for opportunities to set people up for success in their career development. While the process definitely isn't perfect at times, we try to provide growth opportunities for individuals as much as possible. We noticed that you are now a former employee of WU.
