Leadership is focusing only on Micromanagement, instead of Improving product and business globally. firing, firing, that's the only thing, they do with employees. fi they cannot trust their employees, what is the point of hard work. Leadership is filling the position with their favourable persons, No one is there to listen Good things.

Company culture is stuck in the 1980s. Low morale. No support from management. Very siloed company. No work life balance. US based workers are expected to not only work their mandatory 8 hours in office but also work an additional 2-4 hours a day to overlap with offshore teams.

Pune center leadership is changing the fabric of the culture for worse. No No promotions to existing employees, people are brought from the market on very high salaries who not competent but are able to make it due to connections. Existing employees are fired at random This used to be a Great Place to Work, Now its not even a place to work !! Its gone rogue.
