Worked like a dog for very little reward

Cons
- Extremely gruelling physical work with no assistance of technology etc. to aid you. The warehouse is extremely small and the carts used for packing items barely fit into the rows between shelves - You aren't allowed to take pause and put on a jacket before entering the freezer because it'll cause "too much of a delay" for people's orders, and the freezer is extremely poorly organised most of the time or has big shelves blocking access, so you stand in severe temperatures for ages looking for items that are difficult to find - Not allowed to take breaks during work hours, always have to look like you're busy even when there's nothing to do or there are no orders. Your feet are dead by the end of the day. Only during late shifts when the managers and "sub-managers" are gone can you take a break without being hassled about it - At the time I was working there, I was questioned by the Norwegian Labour Authorities about my salary as there were suspicions they were illegally paying people below minimum wage - They abuse the fact that most of their workers are immigrants unable to find proper jobs elsewhere and don't have the same labour rights and protections that Norwegian citizens do - You're told that if you're sick you should just take an ibuprofen and come into work anyways - Manager is extremely arrogant - Delivery drivers can be super creepy especially if you are a woman
