      A bit better than other companies for support.

      Cons

      Foreigners in Greece come with the hopes of getting a job as a delivery driver and end up giving their passport as assurance and in cases people from Wolt keep their passports, or keep part of their earnings. Immoral company in general.

      There are absolutely no pros

      Cons

      Below minimum wage, pay your own taxes, all expenses are on you. Pay does not justify performed work. No vacation. You have to invest into your car, bicycle etc and risk getting into accodent. Forced to work evenings and weekends to get minimum wage. Payment after taxes and expenses 3 eur/h.

The company offers very flexible working conditions that support a healthy work–life balance, while the fast-paced nature of the business keeps things exciting and engaging. On top of that, Wolt provides great amenities and perks that make everyday work even more enjoyable.

      Salaries in Greece should immediately increase; otherwise, they are going to lose all the great talent they have simply because they’re going to get a better offer.
