Disappointing experience after a promising start

The onboarding experience was smooth thanks to the support of colleagues. I made great friends during my time at the company.
Cons
The first six months were great, but after changes in the way cases were handled, things went downhill quickly. Many employees quit, and some even made mistakes on purpose to get fired, which shows how discouraging the work environment became. Shift leads seemed to have their roles mainly due to friendships with team leads, not because of leadership skills or experience. Team leads ranged from mediocre to ineffective, showing little to no capability in managing or supporting their teams. Overall leadership lacked direction, which made the job more frustrating than rewarding. On top of management issues, there were also instances of unprofessional behavior in the workplace. For example, some male employees were repeatedly using the restroom for reasons unrelated to its intended use, creating an uncomfortable and inappropriate environment.
