Friendly teammates, supportive team lead ( others are terrible )
Cons
Corporation vibe, other team leads pretending they are the main characters of the whole company, strict rules about the remote jobs, double standards with different people, checking what you chat with your teammates about and how you talk on not official channels, no benefits, you can’t make any swaps in your work schedule because you will lose the remote and office shifts “balance” , no health insurance, only bonus is that they make parties and that's it.
