Amazing workplace with healthy culture

Pros

The company has a healthy culture, at least from engineering perspective. People are open-minded and respect opinion differences. The company is also very tech-oriented, hence working there as engineer is absolutely a joy.

Cons

Growing too fast without proper management may break the company culture. Also, compensation is just somewhere average, not great.

Cons

The business itself is the worst, failing all the time, which leads to the tons of unhappy customers constantly yelling at you and you should fight with them for their money as it's the company standard to not provide a refund and shove off unhappy customers. Makes you very unhappy in the end

Pros

Love the people around me, you're trusted and have full ownership without micromanaging. I love the weekly Wolt wide shoutouts, it really shows that all the hard work is appreciated. :)

Cons

The only con I see is that having started working at the firm during Covid, I haven't met that many people in person. Hoping for this to be over soon so that we could have fun together face-to-face too.
