Pros

Allows dogs. This is the ONLY benefit and thing that brings happiness in the office.

Cons

Saying this is the worst company I've ever worked at is not an exaggeration. - The company is family-owned where most of the senior-level roles are held by the CEO's friends. - There is a clear divide that everyone else is just a puppet to what their managers want. - dodgy business with really poor marketing and a super creepy CEO - Micromanagement here is terrible. I was often scolded at for being away from my desk for more than 10 minutes by my boss. Also, forget career development. The managers only want you to work on specific menial tasks and will treat you just as cogs in the machine rather than individuals - no company culture - most employees looking to leave - no career growth - underpay employees even though once you join, they boast about how much money they are making. I advise everyone interested in working here to please read these reviews on glassdoor. I can guarantee you that most of the good reviews on here are fake as this place truly deserves a 1 star rating. You can even look on linked in and talk to a previous employees about their experience. Most of these employees will echo the bad reviews on here.

Pros

Free food and valet parking. Literally nothing else.

Cons

No hope and upward mobility. Literally, every employee has one leg out the door, unless you're one of the managers; then you're pretty much stuck there. The company is a small family business and sure treats like it. Unprofessional, weird, and creepy. It's also weird that this company has so many fake good reviews.... they company has literally 30-50 people. LOL. This is a joke. The HR is clueless about life and is mirror of the company. unpleasant and useless.

Pros

The only good thing about this place was free catered lunch on Fridays. I would say the free snacks in the kitchen were a plus, but most of the time they were either really crappy snacks or the cabinets were empty.

Cons

Either you work for the internet domain company XYZ or the lead generation company IT Media, but you are screwed whichever way you go. You will be massively underpaid. You will be treated unfairly. You will be controlled. You will be pigeonholed. Every single manager has a tendency to give you meaningless responsibilities that result in you being stuck either in front of an excel sheet or making phone calls all day everyday. If it's your lucky day, you'll get to do both. There is nothing this place can do for you professionally. Your potential will be squandered and you will be wasting your time. This is the absolute truth. Don't let the facade fool you.

Thank you for offering your feedback. As you know, we’re a young company that is constantly learning and striving to create a best-in-class workplace environment for everyone. I’m glad you enjoyed the open kitchen. Those snacks do seem to fly off the shelves, so we’ll try to replenish them more frequently. You mentioned that we massively underpay our employees. Based on market surveys, we are paying above industry averages across the board. Having said that, our aim isn’t to be above average; our aim is to be excellent. We will continue to shape our comprehensive compensation to be best-in-class. We do want to apologize that you didn’t find us to be the place to maximize your potential. Perhaps your feedback, both positive and negative, will help us become that much better in the years to come.
