Pros

Great people. Flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Management by fear. Micro management the norm. Overkill on financial analysis, not enough management by fact and/or root cause analysis. Non existent or outdated tools. No workflow inside the company but yet selling the offering to other companies. Non existent opportunities for advancement for those who are not "networked" with the so called movers and shakers. Outsourcing overkill Lack of raises for years.

Pros

Cons

Expectations are huge with no promotions ad no increases. Pat keeps going down overall. But as long as sr leaders are making millions - all is good.
