Pros

It's a job - it's a job.

Cons

Not a place to have a career. Little opportunity to develop a career path and be mentored. Managers and leaders are concerned about themselves, stats and revenue - not developing staff because it would take away from production time. When they hire at manager levels and higher they tend to go outside of the company!

Pros

The local staff and clients made going to work easier but upper management's lack of vision and lack of support did not.

Cons

Lack focus on the customer by upper management. Lack of vision and resources from upper management. Always focusing on chasing "bad" profits (unsustainable).
