      Pros

      Really interesting problems, nearly no pressure from managers. Food compensation for nearby cafes and medical insurance (usually a choice of two insurance companies). Very friendly atmosphere and very smart people. No fixed work hours.

      Cons

      Salary is rather low on average, comparing to other large IT companies in Russia. Also some policies change in rather unpredictable way.
