Benefits are acceptable, but at what price? They've brainwashed there employees that low money is better than no money.

Cons

I made more money per hour in the 1970"s when I was an apprentice. The scale for a Lighting Tech is $18-$25 per hour if you are a journeyman, $23-35 for a Master and $35-60 for Contractor. Where is this place located? Is it one of those companies that moved out of the USA to get cheaper wages in some third world banana republic? Shame on you for paying your employees such below average pay.

Career opportunity growth, challenging environment in a good way, good benefits, great people to work with, I enjoyed coming to work....almost all gone.

Cons

Lighting industry is changing quickly, not a place to start a career, continued headcount reduction, non-stop reorganization, growth potential is limited. Expect to work US holidays.
