The Team + everybody who wants to be a head of.. or a team lead gets promoted quite easy.

Cons

Unclear herachia, no competence in the leadership levels, nobody knows what is happening to foodora, too much sparkle than it should be

Pros

-fast paced / start up environment -Friendly employees -Great atmosphere, company culture etc. -seasonal team bonding sessions, open work environment, in-office perks like snacks, ability to bring your dog to work, discounts on delivery

Cons

-this particular role can be quite exhausting due to late hours

Great team and positive vibes

Cons

Pay is substantially below market rates, and the hierarchy is built around long-ish office hours. Work pressure was high and that was harming the business as well as the people. foodora did not try too hard to retain talent but had a rather short term focus on cutting costs.
