Great way to make your own way in abroad and no need to speak any language other than English. Good salary and workers have good rights

Cons

Lack of communication between riders and HQ. Also weather conditions are pretty bad sometimes in Norway but system forces the riders to continue even in pretty bad conditions. It is not a great path for career but it can be a transition job
