Pros

Food allowances Nice people Casual dresscode

Cons

Unorganized Training is done so quickly that when you make a mistake they get upset Managers are only really available to meet and discuss once a week Messaging isn't clear among leadership HR does not follow through with what they say. Was promised an exit interview and never received confirmation of date and time. The team was always told that we needed to work clearing up the backlog and we were always promised that we would be able to do more, but that never happened. Team leader will send an e-mail on improving your work and written warning but will follow-up with a 5 minute meeting.
