I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Feb 2013
Interview
I was contacted for a phone interview after applying online. Set up a second phone (webcam) interview later that day (which was extremely fast) for a few days away. I was then told that I would be contacted later to know if I was or wasn't going on for the third and final interview. I was not contacted again. I followed up with phone calls and e-mails and neither were returned.

Question 1
All behavioral, scripted questions. For instance, "Tell me about a policy change that made it difficult to perform your job and how you handled it." Be prepared to give canned responses to canned questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Oct 2012
Interview
I got an interview through on campus recruiting, so my first interview was supposed to be in person, but due to inclement weather it turned into a phone interview. The questions were pretty standard interview questions about myself and the company, and then I was asked to give a sales pitch. All in all it took about a half hour.
Then I attended a group webinar about the position. The group seemed to consist solely of other students from boston, so it must have been a regional thing.
About a week later I got an email from a manager in TX about a second interview. We scheduled for a few days later. This one was shorter, but more of the same.
A week later I found out that I was not selected. It seems to be a very selective process, and I am not the most qualified. But it was pretty quick and easy.
