I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
I filled out an application online and about 3 weeks later, I recieved an e-mail from the staffing agency (Carl Morrison) saying that AT&T wanted to interview me. I participated in a infosession before the interview to prepare. I had my interview with Carl and I know I killed it! He told me that a recruiter from AT&T should contact me in two weeks (which they NEVER did). In two weeks, i contacted Carl and he was on vacation. he never responded back, finally i talked to another staffing agent and she said that my info was passed on and i should be contacted by a recruiter, two days later i get a e-mail saying i am no longer considered. I was upset because i was lied to. I say do not go through the staffing agency because they lie to you. I was told if you do not know somebody, you will not be hired, its a shame i got lied to so early on, I am thinking of contacting HR.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AT&T in Feb 2012
Interview
There was an online interactive information session followed by a phone interview the next day. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. Almost every question started with "Give an example of a time when you..."
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Give an example of a time when you were put in a situation and you had to make an ethical decision. Explain this situation and what you did.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T in Mar 2012
Interview
After applying online, I waited around 5 weeks for 1st round interview.
1st interview was with a third party staffing company, over the phone, and lasted about 30 minutes.
Was contacted for a 2nd interview, also over the phone, which lasted a little over an hour.
Both interviews were situation-based interview questions, asking about past experiences, what you know about AT&T, and I was asked how I would react in certain business and/or ethical dilemmas.
Was not contacted for a final and 3rd interview
