AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was interviewed by two managers. The interview lasted for about an hour. The questions asked for very detailed answers. It was a challenging process because both managers had very different mannerisms and ways they asked a question.

they'll schedule a test for you through your email that you submitted your application through. after the test (if you pass it) they'll schedule you an interview for another time (mine was a few days later) when i went into my interview i had 2 managers interview me. It was about 30 minutes just asking normal questions. They took me back to the main common area and came back 5 minutes later and told me I had passed and to be expecting a call in a week or so.
