phone interview with HR was a basic experience check, talking about my previous jobs and how would they relate to the job I'm applying for, there were also the standard interview questions, why. are you applying for this job, what do you think you can bring to the company etc
on site interview - first all applicants were explained everything about the job and company, then we had two language tests done online and we had to answer a phone call from 'a customer', last part was role play with two employees and a basic chat about my previous experience
everything was pretty easy going and not too stressful
