I applied online. I interviewed at Booking.com (Bangkok)
Interview
First , I applied on the website. There were tests both English test, your language and the customer service stimulation test. If you pass the test the HR will email you to arrange the phone interview. It took around 30 min. and then you will have to go to the group assessment interview.
This process, I met the CS team lead and she did the company presentation to the candidates. Then I did the languages tests on the computer. After that who didn't pass the test have to go home. And then you will have to do the role play - which is I didn't pass this process... The tip is, in this case, as a CSE you have to make the customer satisfied ....

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Dec 2017
Interview
I applied online and a test appeared in my screen that lasted an hour. Since I completed successfully the test, a recruiter got in touch with me by saying that he wants to schedule a phone interview. We arranged the time and the day and he called me. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes and due to the fact that he was satisfied from what he heard he invited me for a group assessment at Booking.com's office here in the Netherlands. He also mentioned that I had to be really good prepared and that the whole process at the office will last 4-5 hours. It lasted less than 4 hours and it was composed of 4 stages: stage 1 was a skills test both in english and in the language that I applied, since I applied as a Russian speaker. We also got a company presentation (that was stage 2) before and after the skills tests from the recruiter who hardly knew his job because he wasn't able to answer in any of our questions. Onwards two team leaders came for each of us and guided us to a room full of computers, that was the working environment. This is when stage 3 started. One of the team leaders stayed with me and the other went to another computed. He called me pretending that he was a frustrated client so they see how fast was I able to solve a customer's problem and if I fit for this job. After that we passed to stage 4 which was a personal interview with the 2 team leaders which went really good. Probably it was one of the most relaxed interview I ever had. When we finished they told that if everything went ok then I will get a call from a Russian speaking employee who already works in Booking.com so that they also check my verbal qualities. I did receive the call first thing in the next day and the conversation lasted about about 15-20 minutes. The funny thing is that after all that stages I never received any feedback. I spent almost 10 hours in total for all the interviews and nobody contacted me although they had to 3-4 days after all that processes. It is really disappointing for a company like booking.com, not to provide any feedback especially when all the stages were completed successfully and they took so much of your personal time. I always wanted to work for them but since now there is no desire at all.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2017
Interview
Shocked to know this company discriminates people based on age. In my in person interview which provides you with a company's tour I did not see a single person over 40 (I am over 40), only very young people and I asked if they had a problem with age, the response was, "they have a couple of people over 40 upstairs". I was baffled.
The process is very straightforward, apply online, write a personality, aptitude, skills and language test online. Got called for a phone interview. Got invited to an in-person interview. They show you a video of people's daily routine. You have to write another test and a tour throughout the company and finally the in-person interview.
