Interview
1. Phone call and conversation about your motivations, experience.
2. Assessment centre:
a) English and your native language test ( pretty easy but catch eye on details)
b) Booking.com presentation ( just sitting and listen)
c) team work - something like game
d) individual conversations about your motivations, experience, customer attitude
c) role play - you have to deal with demanding customer, the attitude is important, not the knowldege about process which you actually could not have

First step was an online assessment which contained language test, short role play and psychological test. The next step was an online call by recruiter, she was super nice and made me feeling very comfortable. The last, but no the least step was interview, the real one.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch war sehr unangenehm. Ich wurde von der Dame etwas unsaft behandelt. Der Herr, der danach eine Situation nachstellte, war im Gegensatz sehr nett. Nachdem ich mich mit der Dame angelegt hatte (sie war vom Management), hatte ich das Gefühl, dass ich nicht angenommen werde. Man hatte mir gesagt, dass man sich in einer Woche melden würde. Der Anruf kam allerdings nach 2 Stunden, welche positiv war.
