I applied online. I interviewed at Booking.com (London, England)
Interview
Had to go through an online test first (language test, customer service roleplay., personality test..).
A few days later a friendly recruiter called me for a short phone interview.
I was then invited to a group assessment (language test, team game, roleplay, 1-2-1 interview) in London.
Everyone was super nice and made us feel at ease :).
