Interview
I applied online - attached my CV and completed language tests and personality test. After that, I got a mail from HR scheduling a phone interview. The recruiter who called me was really nice and friendly and the interview was easy-going. At the end of the call I was invited for an assessment at the office. There, we had language tests again, company presentation, group exercise and an interview with two team leads. Again, they were very kind and the questions were rather general. All in all, a very nice experience.

Interview
The assessment day was really nice and they make you feel really comfortable. Once you pass the english test and the language test you are applying for you will have an interview with one of the recuiters. In my case they didn´t want to know anything about me, they just made a role play and than they asked me some questions about soft skills of a customers service and thats it.
