Booking.com Customer Service Executive interview questions

The hiring process started with an email sent to me by the recruiter. Obviously, as I was interested in the job i followed up with him. After a week or so i received I went through a phone interview with another recruiter that lasted about 30 minutes. Everything went well with the phone interview so in within two weeks I received an email that i could get to the office for the language tests and the interview process. It started with two language tests, in my case Italian and English, then I got to know the responsible of the customer service area where he illustrated me the office and the environment, which I loved because of its diversity and the relationships among the workers and supervisors. Afterwards I went to taste the field, getting an idea on what the job consisted. The finally I had an one-on-one interview. The process lasted about 1 hour and 30 minutes and i was excited because i got the job!!

Phone Interview first, then interview in person by two recruiters. During the interview process, they provide a tour of the facilities and if you are proficient in another language, you also need to do a quick computer test (10 minutes).
